So Summer is officially OVER! Started my Fall out pretty good.
Breakfast: Egg Whites Boiled + Beef Sausage
Snack Handful of Almonds
Lunch: Rotisserie Chicken + Salad
Dinner: Baked Fish + Zucchini
Hit the gym, did 5 Miles on the elliptical machine, about 915 calories burnt, and relaxed in the Steam Room for a few afterwards.
